UOB Plaza 1

UOB Plaza 1 is a premium 67 storey office tower located at 80 Raffles Place, one of the best addresses that businesses can occupy in Singapore’s financial district. The building is the first of two twin towers that comprise the UOB Plaza complex, both featuring a distinct late-modernist design.  It was built in 1992, with a typical floor area of 12,440 sqft and was designed by Japanese architect Kenzo Tange, its architecture is inspired by the US Bank Tower in Los Angeles.
