Marina Bay Financial Center Tower 3 (MBFC Tower 3) is a premium Grade A office building with 46 storeys located at 12 Marina Boulevard.  It was built in 2012 with a typical floor area of about 30,000 sq ft.  It was awarded the National Safety and Security Watch Group Awards in 2018, recognising the exceptional efforts on premise safety and security.
