Marina Bay Financial Centre T2

Marina Bay Financial Center (MBFC) Tower 2, a premium Grade A office tower that stands at 50 storeys tall on 10 Marina Boulevard. It was built in 2010 with a typical floor plate of 25,000 sq ft. MBFC Tower 2 is part of the larger Marina Bay Financial Centre, a mixed-use development comprising three office buildings, two residential buildings, and a retail space. MBFC Tower 2 features environmentally friendly architectural features like energy-saving ventilation systems and sky terraces to decrease the building’s ambient temperature.
