CapitaGreen

CapitaGreen is a 40-storey Grade A office tower located in the heart of Singapore’s CBD, near the Raffles Place MRT interchange station and Telok Ayer MRT station. It was designed by Pritzker Prize winner Toyo Ito. CapitaGreen has a net lettable area of about 700,000 square feet, with a typical floor plate ranging from 20,000 square feet to 25,000 square feet. Some of the unique design features of the building include energy-efficient double-skin high-performance glass and extensive vertical greenery over every level to minimize solar heat gain. The visually green exterior and illuminated facade in the night make CapitaGreen stand out from the many buildings in the Singapore CBD.  CapitaGreen is conveniently accessible via the Raffles Place and Telok Ayer MRT stations, and various bus-stops with close proximity to the building.
