Philippine Airlines Building (135 Cecil Street)  is a 14-storey office building situated along Cecil Street in the central business district of Singapore.

Known for being an essential stop for travelers, this building is the home of VFS Global, which facilitates visa applications and passport issues. The Canadian immigration service is also located in the building.
